Preskilla Akoth Ochieng-Munda is a Psychology lecturer and a practicing Clinical Psychologist based in Nairobi, Kenya. Holding a science and a marketing background, she has worked in the pharmaceutical Industry and in the medical field. Preskilla has over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry and over 10 years as a Psychology Lecturer, Psychotherapist, Corporate Trainer and a Clinical Psychologist.

Having lectured in various Universities including Pan Africa Christian University and Multimedia University, she is currently a Lecturer of Clinical Psychology at Africa International University, where she has served since 2014. Preskilla has also worked with Oasis Africa as a psychotherapist and engaged in training various corporate clients such as HFC, Momentum Credit, and USAID.

She has a vision and an interest in offering practical solutions to the daily life challenges people encounter across all sectors through psychotherapy, psychoeducation, life skills training and Coaching to enhance fruitful and purposeful lives. As a practicing Clinical Psychologist, she offers individual, group, and Corporate Assessment and Psychotherapy services besides psychological support to various primary schools such as Jamhuri Primary School in Nairobi, and Embulbul Primary School in Kajiado.

Preskilla has partnered with various organizations such as Ler Foundation to offer Mental Health Training and support for their members and beneficiaries.  She also partnered with PAWA254 to offer training to peer counsellors from different parts of Kenya. In addition to this, she runs a Build Mind Muscle (BMM) resilience program to build the mental health resilience of the youth and the women in Embulbul area.
